I arrived in Caracas this afternoon (after getting hung up overnite in Miami after American Airlines missed my connection...). Running around getting credentials (and checking email!). Things are starting to buzz, and thing will be starting tomorrow afternoon with a march. </Marc> <!--6:45 PM-->
